Copy Editing
I have substantial experience in copy editing of all sorts: from creative works to press releases to marketing materials to résumé-building to business emails to how-to guides, I know the ropes.
Currently, I’m a by-contract copy editor for Zogo Technologies, a software company focusing on higher education. ZogoTech specializes in providing institutions with the commonsense data and analytics they need to make intelligent decisions in regards to student retention, contact, and success. My job for them is to vet their key outward-facing case studies, press releases, webpages, and emails for absolute correctness, clarity, and concision.
In the past, I’ve done editing and transcription work for Planview, Inc., an Austin-based business software company, and for Tufts University. Also, I have experience in résumé writing, construction, and design.
